Location :Bangalore

Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
Technical knowledge installing Windows operating systems, third-party software installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
Technical knowledge installing, configuring enterprise hardware.
Troubleshooting experience with software/application issues with operating systems or third-party products.
Technical knowledge and experience with security and system implementation following industry standards for Citrix solutions. Technical knowledge and experience with VMWare, Hyper V, Nutanix, Azure, and AWS a plus.
Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills.
Ability to prioritize and drive results with a high emphasis on quality.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.

Strong technical knowledge of most versions of Citrix preferred.
Developed analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to take direction and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills including project management updates.
An active researcher and technically enthusiastic.

Install, configure, and maintain a wide variety of Citrix XenDesktop deployments including end-to-end Citrix eco-system solutions including Netscaler, PVS, Workspace.
Manage Windows servers including Exchange Hybrid, Active Directory domains, ADFS, SQL, file, print, and backup solutions.
Implement and support Microsoft Group Policy Management.
Configure Office 365 Suite and conduct email migrations.
Configure, install and maintain firewalls, routers, and managed switches.
Provide advanced technical consulting for solution design, system management, tuning with leading practices.
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
Prepare deliverables for health checks, performance monitoring, and reports.
Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, diagrams, processes, and service records.
Consult directly with decision-makers and stakeholders about company enterprise systems and architecture.
