sPower, an AES and AIMCo company, is the largest private owner of operating solar assets in the United States. sPower owns and operates a portfolio of solar and wind assets greater than 1.5 GW and has a development pipeline of more than 10 GW.

sPower is the largest private owner of operating solar assets in the United States. sPower has grown extremely fast in recent years and has added solar and wind assets all over the US. As sPower has grown, its team found it difficult to grow and scale the infrastructure at the same pace.
Terralogic worked with sPower to understand their company’s unique requirements. Terralogic recommended moving to a Hyperconverged infrastructure to simplify the Data Center and allow for faster growth and scalability. They also worked with their team to understand their unique industry requirements. In addition, sPower needed a secure cloud-based file services platform to meet the needs of their highly mobile workforce.
Terralogic helped implement a Nutanix Hyperconverged platform which is modular and scalable. This allowed sPower to purchase what they needed when they needed and grow quickly. Terralogic also worked with sPower to build a SCADA control room environment to meet industry security requirements. Terralogic also helped implement Citrix ShareFile for cloud-based file sharing and storage.
